Details have been very scarce on the Mary Queen of Scots flick which stars two of the latest nominees for the Academy Award for Best Actress, Saorise Ronan and Margot Robbie. So far we have only had some stills released from Entertainment Weekly as well as some minor details that were mentioned during the Focus Features presentation at this years’ CinemaCon which also included the first footage from the film only shown to CinemaCon attendees.
However, we have managed to find some new information on the film that will shed some light on the basic plot of Mary Queen of Scots:
