Arrow has been very interesting this season, from the introduction of Oliver’s son William as a recurring guest to Olicity getting back together for better and for worse. However one storyline that has began this season and seems like it will continue through the entirety of this season is the FBI trying to convict Oliver Queen for his acts as the Green Arrow. Many fans currently are unsure on how this storyline will conclude, however new details have been revealed to us from no other than Marc Guggenheim himself that could reveal one way that this story could include.

During ACE Comic Con, our press correspondent at the event, Eric (@AgeOfMyself) got the chance to sit down with Marc Guggenheim and discuss the future of DCTV on the CW (full interview will release soon). One thing that was touched upon just after the interview had finished was the script from the cancelled ‘GREEN ARROW: ESCAPE FROM SUPERMAX’ film.

Marc Guggenheim said that there has been multiple discussions of retrofitting the script to include the storyline on the show for a possible 5-episode arc, however the only issue that stems from this is that they first need to populate a prison full of rogues.

Would you like to see this script adapted onto CW’s Arrow? Let us know your thoughts and stay tuned for when Arrow returns on January 18th.
