DuckTales is a globe-trotting adventure with tons of laughs, adventures and epic treasure hunts. There’s always a lot going on and there’s about to be a whole lot more going on.

Duckburg is one of the most dangerous cities in the Disney Duck World in Disney XD’s Duck Tales so it makes sense that the city may need some protector for the crime ridden city and who better to do it than the infamous Darkwing Duck.

After our recent interview with Jim Cummings, we can confirm that Jim Cummings will reprise his iconic role as Darkwing Duck for Disney XD’s Duck Tales TV Series, here is Mr Cummings quote from our interview about him returning to role of Darkwing Duck:

“I’m in, I’m already in actually, that one is already in the bag, Disney are planning a big marketing drop on that stuff so I can’t say anything more at the moment other than yes, I will be returning to that role for the Duck Tales Show”

This will be the first time that Darkwing Duck will have been in a Duck Tales TV Series and we at DiscussingFilm are very excited to see Jim Cummings return to the role for this iconic crossover. Let us know what you think, are you excited to see Darkwing Duck on Duck Tales and would you like Darkwing Duck to get his own show again in the future?

Duck Tales is a reboot television series on Disney XD and is a comedy-adventure series that chronicles the high-flying adventures of trillionaire Scrooge McDuck, his grandnephews – Huey, Dewey and Louie, temperamental nephew Donald Duck, Launchpad McQuack, Mrs. Beakley and her granddaughter Webby.
