As 2019 reaches the half-way point, it has given us at Discussing Film a chance to reflect back on the many films we’ve seen so far this year. From the climatic-blockbuster event films, to small independent gems, this year has had some excellent cinema whilst lacking at points in some areas. What’s left now to do is go through our staff’s ranked lists of their favourite films as we hit the half-way point.
