Jamie Foxx Set To Executive Produce ‘Da, Stop Embarrassing Me’ Comedy Series For Netflix (EXCLUSIVE)

We have learned that Jamie Foxx is set to executive produce a new comedy series for Netflix titled ‘Da, Stop Embarrassing Me’.

Jim Patterson will write and executive produce the series. Patterson has previously written and executive produced Season 9 to 12 of ‘Two and a Half Men’. He also co-created ‘The Ranch’ series for Netflix which is a comedy that revolves around a former pro football player who returns to Colorado to help run the family ranch business. ‘The Ranch’ takes place on the fictional Iron River Ranch in Garrison, Colorado, detailing the life of the Bennetts, a dysfunctional family consisting of two brothers, their rancher father, and his separated wife and local bar owner.

Chris Arrington will also produce the series, he has previously been a line producer behind ‘School of Rock’ for Nickelodeon.

Foxx will next write, direct and produce ‘All Star Weekend’. The film stars Robert Downey Jr, Benicio Del Toro and Gerard Butler. It will focus on two buddies forming a rivalry over their favorite American basketball player.

Plot details for ‘Da, Stop Embarrassing Me’ are yet to be revealed. Production will begin this Spring.
