20th Century Studios has had a strong slate of released films & development titles over the past year. The studio recently relaunched the Planet of the Apes franchise last May with Kingdom of the Planet of the Apes, directed by Wes Ball (‘The Legend of Zelda’) alongside relaunching Alien into the theatrical space with Alien: Romulus from director Fede Alvarez (‘Don’t Breathe’), for which a sequel is already in the midst of development. 20th Century has also fully revitalized the Predator franchise with director Dan Trachtenberg at the helm of Prey, an animated anthology feature Predator: Killer of Killers and a new upcoming film Predator: Badlands, the first film featuring The Predator as the protagonist  with the iconic creature in the lead role.

20th Century has also been leading a development slate filled with original films, including recent thriller hit The Amateur, James L. Brooks’ (‘The Simpsons’) first movie in years Ella McCay and an all new thriller from iconic director Sam Raimi titled Send Help. All of these films have been prepped for theatrical release but 20th Century Studios has equally been organizing a full development slate of films made exclusively for Hulu. These include previously released films like a White Men Can’t Jump remake, the Vacation Friends duology, No One Can Save You as well as a development slate including Swiped, an origin story for the dating app Bumble and a remake of The Hand That Rocks The Cradle

The next film that 20th Century Studios has made exclusively for Hulu is an all-new heist thriller Eenie Meanie from Shawn Simmons in his feature directorial debut & written by the hit writing duo Rhett Reese and Paul Wernick, responsible for screenplay duties on the entire Deadpool trilogy. The film also has an all-star cast including Samara Weaving (‘Ready or Not’), Karl Glusman (‘Nocturnal Animals’), Jermaine Fowler (‘Coming 2 America’), Marshawn Lynch (‘Bottoms’), Randall Park (‘Aquaman and the Lost Kingdom’) and Steve Zahn (‘The White Lotus’)

As for the film’s premise, Eenie Meanie follows a former teenage getaway driver who is dragged back into her unsavory past when a former employer offers her a chance to save the life of her chronically unreliable ex-boyfriend. And to keep you further interested after that intriguing premise and all-star cast, we have debuted an exclusive clip from the film below:
